Refund policy

If an article or several articles are not suitable, the Customer has a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal of his order. The stamp of the carrier or the date of the receipt of provision constitutes the starting date of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.

To return an item, here is the procedure to follow:
1/ Contact Monsieur Bobber via hello@monsieurbobber.com, by adding in the subject of your email "RETURN + Order number"
2/ Pack your item to be returned as cleanly as possible by adding the return form. The return form is available on the monsieurbobber.com website.
3/ Send the package to the following address: LENER CORDIER / MONSIEUR BOBBER, Service Retour, 39 Rue de Merville, 59190 Hazebrouck, FRANCE

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products that are damaged, returned incomplete, or soiled will not be taken back or refunded.

After the 30-day period, the items will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
